Yes! We offer professional pricing to licensed hair stylists. Click HERE Apply for Access to complete the

We use USPS Priority for ground 2-3 day shipping. We use FedEx for rush shipped orders. No shipments will be delivered on Saturdays or Sundays, as they are not considered business days. Our cutoff time for same-day shipping is Noon EST.
- In order to guarantee that your product(s) will be shipped the same day you will need to place your order BEFORE 12:00 pm MDT, Monday-Friday. We do not ship/deliver on Saturdays & Sundays
- We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Please plan accordingly so you can receive your package by the date you desire.
- Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 pm MST will be processed and shipped the following Monday (excluding holidays.)
- We offer 3 different shipping methods:
i) Ground (5-7 business days)
ii) Priority (2-3 business days)
iii) Overnight (overnight)
- 18 inch packages include: 4 wefts, 20” actual weft length (leaving 2” room to cut), 12” seam length, 18 grams/weft (22% more than standard hand tied wefts)
- 22 inch packages include: 3 wefts, 24” actual weft length (leaving 2” room to cut), 12” seam length, 22 grams/weft (32% more than standard hand tied wefts)

If you are located in our area of the country and would like to pick up your order instead of having it shipped you can request a pickup from our salon at check out.
Our hair stays in production to ensure there isn't too long of a wait in between restocks. If we don't have it in stock, it is in production. To be notified when your color becomes available, sign up for email notifications on the specific product page of the out of stock item that you are waiting on.
The ombre section goes approximately 4 inches down. Rooted section, about 2 inches.
To be an official recommendation on our site, we require that you take one of our Hand Tied Manes Education Courses. We know there are so many amazing stylists out there, but when recommending stylists to install our extensions, we want to be sure that you’re trained in the Nue Hair methods of installation and care.
Please note, with each batch of hair produced, there can be slight color variations from the outlined color swatch/number. We cannot guarantee perfect, exact color consistently within each set of extensions, as they are batch produced with varying elements. Although we do maintain a high-level of consistently, with an organic product, there can be variations that may affect overall tone. In varying batches, the quality of the hair is up to standards, however the tone can be slightly varied. If you find that the color is different than you expected and need to make a change, we are happy to accept return/exchanges of unopened products. Click Here to register for your return.
